Do you thrive on building relationships, solving problems and making a real difference? We’re looking for a Central BID Business Support Officer to join our team and be the friendly and professional face of the BID in Birmingham City Centre, supporting businesses, enhancing the visitor experience and ensuring our vibrant BID area runs smoothly.
As the key liaison between Central BID, the businesses and our partners, you’ll provide visible, proactive patrols and support across the district. From assisting retailers and hospitality venues to reporting incidents and helping with events, your work will help maintain a thriving, safe and welcoming city centre.
