Japanese restaurant Yakinori in Birmingham city centre is holding special sushi-making sessions for children over the Easter school holidays.
Roll Into Easter Fun with the Sushi Classes at independent eatery Yakinori in New Street from Monday to Friday starting March 30 until April 10.
The 90-minute session includes a live sushi demonstration and hands-on sushi making with all materials provided, plus lunch and drinks. It costs £20 per child.
After working up an appetite, children will tuck into a lunch of Chicken Katsu Curry with rice or a vegan Ninja Yakisoba.

The sessions are suitable for children aged between eight and 14.
“This Easter, we’re inviting young food lovers to join us at Yakinori for our hands-on Kids Sushi Classes,” said Ali Karakaya, Yakinori’s Managing Director.
“It’s a fun and educational way to explore healthy eating, creativity, and Japanese culture, and of course, enjoy the sushi they make themselves.”
Yakinori is a Birmingham success story, family-owned and run by homegrown talent.

It serves a range of food from noodles and sushi to bento, salads and poke bowls for those who want to eat in, grab a lunch on the go or order for corporate events.
