Birmingham Clays bar celebrates Pride month with fundraising cocktail

Visitors to Birmingham virtual clay pigeon shooting bar, Clays, can mark Pride month while also raising money for a good cause.

The glamorous venue in Piccadilly Arcade is offering a  pride cocktail ‘Time For Change’ where £1 of every cocktail sold is donated to Switchboard – the UK’s national LGBTQIA+ support line.

The charity provides a safe, confidential space to talk openly about sexuality, gender identity, mental health and more.

Clays special Time For Change cocktail for Pride month

The ‘Time For Change’ Cocktail includes tequila, mango and passionfruit, lifted by citrus and finished with a subtle smoky spice. Clays says it is “vibrant, bold, and worth raising a glass to”.

It is part of Clays’ Aim For Change celebration of LGBTQIA+ communities throughout June and one of many cocktails on the menu in its lavish bar.

Visitors can also opt for a ‘Rainbow Round’. It isn’t a drink but a gesture to donate any amount by scanning a QR code in Clays knowing that 100% of that goes directly to Switchboard.

Along with the fundraising, there’s unforgettable events and late-night parties during Pride month at Clays. The venue specialises in social clay shooting on virtual screens with drinks and snacks along the way.
