Turtle Bay’s central Birmingham restaurant has an updated menu of breakfast, brunch, burger and cocktail offerings and here’s a first look.
The John Bright Street restaurant launched new dishes including scrambled ackee or smashed avocado on sourdough toast, both for £9. There’s also a breakfast roti with a choice of bacon or sausage with egg or vegan sausage with plantain, for £9.50.
In the small plates, there’s new baby back pork ribs in a rum BBQ sauce for £8.70. Or for something bigger, pick from the new Bay Burger or Chickpea Bun.

The Bay Burger has an Aberdeen Angus patty with cheddar, bacon plus spiced fries on the side for £15.20 as an alternative to the existing Hot Chick Burger with fried chicken, jerk mayo, hot sauce and spiced fries.
The new Chickpea Bun is made up of a spiced chickpea and bean patty with pineapple chutney and spiced fries for £14.20.
New cocktails at Turtle Bay Birmingham range from a Passion Fruit Mojito Royal to Hugo Spritz full of elderflower and fizz or the Painkiller with Pusser’s Blue, Koko Kanu, coconut, pineapple and orange.

Even better, the new options can be picked as part of Turtle Bay’s famous bottomless brunch.
That’s when you get two hours of cocktails, prosecco, draft beers and more with any brunch or bigger plate or two small plates for £41.50 per person until 5pm daily or 3pm Saturdays.
