Birmingham Restaurant Festival 2026 is running throughout August and here’s all the Central BID venues taking part.
Choose from Michelin star dining to Italian and Japanese favourites, all close to New Street Train Station. Here’s who is taking part in Central Birmingham’s district.


Adam’s
Adam’s in Waterloo Street is Michelin star dining at its best from chef Adam Stokes.

Cosy Club
Enjoy hearty and elegant food in glamorous surroundings at Cosy Club in Bennetts Hill, pictured below.
Once the grand Birmingham Banking Company and Midland Bank, it’s one of the most staggering places to dine in the city centre with huge columns, breathtaking architecture and a long traditional bar serving seasonal cocktails.

Flight Club
Enjoy social darts with pizzas and small plates at the vibrant bar and entertainment venue in bustling Temple Street.
Flight Club won Bar of the Year 2025 at The Birmingham Awards and features a dazzling fairground style setting to enjoy while hitting a bullseye.
Fumo by San Carlo
Both Fumo premises at Bullring inside Selfridges and on the corner of Temple Street and Waterloo Street are taking part in Birmingham Restaurant Festival.
Stylish interiors, pictured at the top of the page, and impeccable service at the eateries make this a tempting choice. It serves medium-sized plates celebrating Italian flavours that are designed for sharing during relaxed all-day dining.

Land
Plant-focused casual dining restaurant Land in Great Western Arcade has gained acclaim for its delicious food that is vegetarian with Asian influences.
It’s in the Michelin Guide, The Good Food Guide and has won two rosettes in the AA Guide.
Pho
Pho in Grand Central, directly above New Street Station, features an array of authentic delicious and healthy Vietnamese dishes.
Its vast menu ranges from Wok Fried Noodles to Chicken Wings, Spring Rolls and Curry Noodle Soups, along with Pho. Freshly cooked, aromatic food that warms the soul. Also offering the world’s first pink sriracha sauce during August.

San Carlo
Italian fine dining restaurant San Carlo, in Temple Street, is the sister restaurant to Fumo and the place where it all started for the acclaimed San Carlo Group.
Dine in beautifully decorated rooms while tucking into the flavours of Italy from fresh pasta to exquisite seafood and premium cuts of meat. Don’t forget the first class cocktails and dessert too.
Vietnamese Street Kitchen
Tuck into authentic Asian flavours at Vietnamese Street Kitchen at Bullring in St Martin’s Square.
This family-run restaurant features favourites from Bun Cha Hanoi to Pho.

Wagamama
Find Wagamama restaurants and their Asian-inspired menu in New Street and also Bullring.
Known for serving up ramens, bao and donburi with fresh ingredients, it’s a firm favourite.
Yakinori
Be spoiled for choice with an array of authentic Japanese food favourites and salads at Yakinori in New Street.
This friendly, neighbourhood Japanese Kitchen serves up Asian favourites and everything from ramen and teriyaki duck to shichimi and chicken katsu. It also offers sushi-making and other culinary classes for all ages.
